Wholesale Terms
The conditions for applying for and holding a Dr. Dale Wellness wholesale account.
Before you apply
- Please submit only ONE application. Duplicate applications in the system under the same email cause technical errors that delay your application.
- Please allow 3-5 business days for review.
- If you already have a Dr. Dale account (retail) you CANNOT submit an application for wholesale using the same email.
- Wholesale orders require a 5 piece product minimum per order. If you cannot order 5, please sign up as an AFFILIATE instead. Affiliates received 25% commission in sales and are paid monthly via check in the mail. To sign up as an affiliate please visit the “affiliate application” link in the website footer. To login to your affiliate link please visit the “affiliate login” link in the footer.
Orders and returns
Wholesale orders require a 5-piece product minimum per order. Returns follow the Refund & Returns Policy. Approved accounts receive the current wholesale price list from the wholesale account manager; pricing is confidential and may not be published.
